EXCLUSIONS (Abstract only)
(The following list of exclusions is not representative of the full list of Exclusions. Please refer to the details stated in the Policy General Conditions.)
- Pre-existing, congenital or hereditary conditions before issuance of the policy
- Any known condition before issuance of the policy
- Suicide, attempted suicide or intentional self-injury
- Actions of the Insured whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs to the extent of legal impairment
- Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) related Sickness including Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS)
- Mental defect, nervous disorders, insanity or infirmity of any kind
- Abortion, miscarriage, pregnancy or childbirth and sexually transmitted disease
- Engaging in sports in a professional capacity or could earn remuneration or income from engaging in such sport
- Committing crime, taking part in unlawful acts, willful, malicious, or illegal activity
- War, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities or warlike operations (whether war be declared or not), civil war, mutiny, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or direct participation in strike, riot or civil commotion.
- Nuclear reactions, radiations and contaminations
- Pandemic exposure once the outbreak is confirmed by World Health Organization or Macau Government
