Comprehensive Benefits
Within the coverage period and in the unfortunate event of the death of the insured, or the insured suffers from terminal illness or total and permanent disability, the Plan provides a lump sum benefit equivalent to the sum insured, which is used to pay off the mortgage loan. The sum insured will reduce annually based on a pre-determined schedule.
Flexible Choices
The Plan offers a variety of choices that is highly flexible for your financial planning.
- You can pay the premium either by single lump-sum, annually, or monthly. The premium is calculated based on your age, gender, occupation class, mortgage term, the sum insured, and health conditions. Premium is fixed throughout the benefit term to help you better manage your finances.
- You can enjoy more savings on premium for payment by single lump-sum and also an extra 10% premium discount for payment by single lump-sum or annual payment
- You can settle your premium by BNU credit card for monthly payment.
- You can continue with the Plan by keeping on paying premium even after redemption of your mortgage loan. You can continue to enjoy the protection against other liabilities
