Reporting of Irregularities Policy

Fidelidade Macau – Insurance Company Limited and Fidelidade Macau Life – Insurance Company Limited (collectively known as “the Company”) regards the identification of irregularities as important, encouraging all people to act in line with the principles of ethics, accountability and compliance with the law and internal rules. With the objectives to enhance measures for early identification of deviant conduct, mitigation of financial and/or reputational losses, and improvement of processes and internal controls, to encourage integrity in employees’ behaviour and identify opportunities to improve their well-being and performance, the Company has issued the Reporting of Irregularities Policy.
