 Investment Department – CIO/Investment Manager (posted on September 18, 2023)

Responsibilities:

  • •    Manage the investment strategies and portfolios, including pension fund business, with support from external Asset Management Companies;

  • •    Manage short-term investment balances and overall liquidity;

  • •    Perform regular administration duties of all investment files;

  • •    Devise business development strategy and related execution to expand the company’s business in the Greater Bay Area (GBA)

  • •    Set up and supervise branch offices in various locations of GBA and Mainland China

  • •    Develop and maintain relationship with Brokers and Corporate Agents in the GBA and Mainland China;

  • •    Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships within GBA

Requirements:

  • •   Degree holder in Business, Finance or related discipline

  • •   Minimum 8-10 years’ managerial experience with solid experience in life insurance management

  • •   Familiar with the business environment in GBA area development

  • •   Have extensive business network including Brokers/Corporate agents in the Greater Bay Area

  • •   Good Knowledge of Life and Non-Life Insurance Products

  • •   Open to relocate to Greater Bay Area and willing to travel to other cities in China
