This page outlines the payment methods available for Fidelidade Macau Life – Insurance Company Limited and Fidelidade Macau – Insurance Company Limited customers.

Customer Service Centre / Cashier

Applicable to:

Non‑Life Insurance Products

Visit our Customer Service Centre to pay in person. We accept multiple payment methods at the cashier for your convenience.

Accepted methods
Cash (transaction limit up to MOP 20,000 or the equivalent); Cheque; Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/UnionPay); Simple Pay.
Please provide your policy number or present the premium notice.

Our Customer Service Centre hours are shown on the Contact page. If you plan to pay by credit card or e‑wallet, please check for any transaction limits.

Mobile Banking

Applicable to:

Life Insurance Products

Pay quickly and securely through your bank’s mobile banking service. We currently accept payments via ICBC Mobile Banking only.

How to pay
  1. Navigate to the E‑Pay section and select Fidelidade Life from the insurer list.
  2. Enter your Policy Number and select your Policy Currency, then proceed to pay the premium (transaction limit up to MOP 500,000 or equivalent).

Processing time
Payments made are processed instantly. Keep the transaction receipt until your policy statement is issued.

Bank (Over‑the‑Counter)

Life Insurance Products

Settle your premiums in person at any BNU branch. Present your premium notice or policy number to the teller and request a payment to Fidelidade Macau (for Non‑Life Insurance Products) or Fidelidade Life (for Life Insurance Products).

What to bring
Your premium notice or policy number, a valid ID and a mobile number. Request a payment receipt from the teller and keep it for your records.

Processing time
Over‑the‑counter payments are typically posted the same business day or the next business day depending on the bank cut‑off time.

Autopay (Direct Debit / Credit Card)

Life Insurance Products

If you have a BNU bank account or a credit card issued by BNU, you may arrange automatic premium collection at any BNU branch to ensure timely payments without the need for manual processing.

How to apply
Download the Direct Debit Authorization Form, fill in the required details and submit it to your nearest BNU branch for signature verification and processing.

Benefits
Avoid missed payments and late fees; convenient and secure. Autopay will continue until you notify us to cancel or change the mandate.

By Cheque

Life Insurance Products

You may pay by cheque. Cheques can be mailed to our office or dropped off at our Customer Service Centre. Please make cheques payable to the relevant company name as specified below.

Cheque requirements
Crossed cheques only, payable to Fidelidade Macau Life – Insurance Company Limited or Fidelidade Macau – Insurance Company Limited as applicable to your policy.

Where to send
Write your policy number clearly on the reverse of the cheque. Mail to our registered office address (see Contact page) or hand in at the Customer Service Centre.

Processing time
Cheque clearance may take several business days. We recommend allowing up to 7 business days for posting and processing.
